A historic moment

Yesterday marked a historic moment for the UAE, the country I live in. The country sent its first astronaut to the International Space Station. Amazing to see the space shuttle launch and the astronaut arrive safely at the ISS.

An interesting trip

I visited a steel manufacturing plant yesterday. When I first started out in banking, a major part of my job was site visits to various factories. It was also the most interesting part of my job. With time, the site visits decreased and I mostly visited clients in their offices. So yesterday was a good experience… brought back a lot of memories.
