A movie I watched – Once Upon A Time in Hollywood
(No Spoilers)
Every year I decide to try and watch every Oscar nominated picture or actor. I’d already watched the Joker and the Irishman, which were both great. So, I decided to watch this one. It obviously didn’t hurt that it had both Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt, both actors I love.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure what to make of this movie. I kept waiting for something to happen and it seemed like nothing of importance every did. It was quite the dysfunctional movie. Even worse, I kept waiting for some big scene where Brad Pitt is unforgettable… disappointed again. He’s had so many better movies.
A new recipe I tried – One-pot Chicken & Mushroom Risotto
It’s a really simple recipe and very easy to cook. I also added tomatoes and bell peppers which really gave it a superb flavor.
